The Timemore Fish Pro X Electric Pour-Over Kettle is a precision kettle designed for discerning pour-over preparation, consistently optimized for greater control, increased stability, and faster performance. It combines modern heating technology with a finely tuned gooseneck spout and is aimed at anyone looking to perfect their coffee extraction with reproducibility.

Compared to conventional or simpler models, the Fish Pro X offers significantly improved temperature stability. Thanks to the new tempX heating technology, it not only heats up faster but also provides continuous adjustments, keeping the target temperature much more constant than classic on/off heating systems. The result is a more precise extraction without temperature fluctuations during brewing.

Operation has also been further developed: the new Grooveboard control system allows the temperature to be set more quickly and intuitively, making the brewing workflow significantly smoother. At the same time, the optimized gooseneck spout ensures an even more consistent and better-controlled water flow – especially important for clean blooming and controlled pour-over phases.
