Timemore Black Mirror Basic 3 Digital Scale for Espresso & Pour-over - 2026 New Model

The Timemore Basic 3.0 coffee scale with timer is the logical evolution of the popular Basic series, specially developed for precise coffee preparation for espresso and pour-over. It combines high measuring accuracy, intelligent functions, and an even further improved, everyday-ready design for home baristas and professionals.

Compared to the Basic 2, the Basic 3.0 has been optimized in several key areas: it is more compact and lighter, making it fit even better under portafilter machines and allowing for more flexible integration into any coffee station. At the same time, the user interface has been redesigned, and operation made significantly more intuitive thanks to the new multi-function slider. The response speed and stability of the measurements have also been improved, allowing for even more precise and consistent results.

With an accuracy of 0.1 g up to 1 kg, the scale enables exact control over dosing and extraction. The integrated timer helps you keep an eye on brew time and weight simultaneously – ideal for espresso shots as well as manual filter preparations. Especially practical: the timer function is seamlessly integrated into the brewing process and ensures more consistency in every cup.

The design also shows clear signs of evolution. The Basic 3.0 is ultra-slim, non-slip, and splash-proof (IPX3), and features a textured silicone surface with an integrated drip guide. This keeps it reliable and easy to maintain, even during daily use in the coffee kitchen.

A powerful battery with a USB-C charging port provides the necessary energy, allowing for long runtimes and quick recharging. Overall, the Timemore Basic 3.0 offers a well-thought-out complete package for anyone who wants to take their coffee preparation to the next level – precise, reliable, and significantly further developed compared to the previous version.
