Baratza Encore ESP Pro electric coffee grinder incl. online barista course

With the Encore ESP Pro, Baratza is launching another upgrade to its popular Encore series – specifically for those who know that the right grind size makes all the difference. In this version, you receive the coffee grinder including an online barista course, so that you not only grind with precision but also understand how grind size, dose, and preparation influence taste.

Instead of fixed click settings, the ESP Pro offers a stepless grind adjustment system, with which you can set your perfect grind size exactly – whether for finely tuned espresso or classic pour-over preparation.

Thanks to the removable Flow Control Disk, which carefully regulates the bean flow to the burrs, a consistent grinding quality is ensured throughout the entire dose. A digital display makes it easier for you to precisely set the grind size, dosing method, and grind time – even early in the morning when you’re in a hurry.

With the Baratza Encore ESP Pro, you have the choice between the Single Dose mode, which stops automatically as soon as the bean hopper is empty, and the Timer mode, which ends after a preset time. Both modes are compatible with the included lid for single dosing as well as the lockable bean hopper – for maximum flexibility and convenience in your everyday coffee routine.

The included online barista course “From Bean to Cup: Understanding Coffee’s Journey” is ideal for coffee beginners. In about 30 minutes, you will learn the most important basics regarding coffee varieties, origin, processing, grind size, and preparation – developed and tested by experienced baristas, coffee professionals, and Q-Graders. The course is available online at any time and optimally complements the precise work with the grinder.
