Varia Evo Hybrid Grinder (Gen 2)

A new era of coffee grinding begins with the Varia Evo Hybrid Grinder. It combines the precision of a manual grinder with the power of modern USB-C technology, offering you maximum versatility—whether operated manually or electrically.

At the heart of the Evo is a high-performance 80 RPM brushed motor with 45 W power output, ensuring a quiet, consistent grinding experience. Thanks to the 7.4 V 800 mAh Li-ion battery, you can grind multiple doses of coffee on a single charge. An auto-stop function with over-torque protection ensures longevity and safety.

Particularly practical: the magnetic hand crank can be attached in a flash, allowing you to switch between electric and manual operation at any time. With 140 precise grind settings of 10 microns each, you can adjust your coffee exactly how you need it—whether for espresso, filter, or pour-over. A 30 g bean capacity makes the Evo compact yet powerful.

Crafted from CNC-precision milled aluminum with a tolerance of just 0.02 mm, the Evo is extremely robust and durable. With a travel case and USB-C charging, it is your perfect companion—whether at home or on the go. And thanks to the modular VS3 burr system, you can swap out the burrs to explore different brewing methods and flavor profiles.
