In this version, you receive the grinder including an online barista course, so that you not only grind evenly, but also understand how grind size and preparation affect the taste.

The high-quality S2C (Spike to Cut) stainless steel burr set first spikes the beans and then grinds them consistently. The result is a particularly homogeneous grind – ideal for espresso, pour over, and French press.

The aluminum unibody with a diamond texture ensures stability and a pleasant feel. Thanks to the foldable handle, the C3S Pro is compact and perfect for travel or use on the go.

Compared to the C3 Pro, more aluminum instead of plastic has been used on the inside, which further increases stability. The bean hopper, made entirely of aluminum, holds up to 20 g of coffee beans.

The included online barista course "From Bean to Cup: Understanding Coffee’s Journey" provides you with sound basic knowledge about coffee, grind size, origin, and preparation in approx. 30 minutes.
