The Hario x Project Waterfall V60 Dripper 02 combines the signature V60 brewing principle with a special mission. This transparent blue special edition was created in collaboration with Project Waterfall, an organization dedicated to providing better access to clean water in coffee-growing communities.

When brewing, the V60 offers you a great deal of control over the extraction. Its conical shape directs the water toward the center of the coffee bed. The characteristic spiral ribs keep distance between the filter paper and the dripper wall, supporting airflow during brewing. The single large bottom opening allows the coffee to flow through largely unimpeded.

This allows you to influence the result, particularly through your pouring technique: changing the pouring speed enables different extractions and gives you plenty of scope to prepare your filter coffee to your personal taste.

The dripper is made of polypropylene, is manufactured in Japan, and in size 02 is suitable for 1–4 cups. Size 02 V60 paper filters can be used with it – for example, the also available Hario x Project Waterfall V60 filter papers 02.

A functional pour-over classic in an exceptional color – and at the same time part of a collaboration whose proceeds, according to the manufacturer, support the work of Project Waterfall in providing clean water, sanitation, and education.
