    Naturally decaffeinated – without chemicals

    For our decaffeinated DECAF from Mexico, we use a purely organic process: using spring carbon dioxide, the caffeine is removed without the use of chemical solvents. This preserves the full aroma of the Arabica beans – smooth in taste, yet full of character.

    Gently processed – for full flavor

    The raw beans are moistened before roasting and then decaffeinated using circulating carbon dioxide from a spring. This natural process protects the cell structure and preserves the aroma-forming ingredients – you can taste, smell, and see it in every cup.

  • Decaffeinated coffee from Chiapas

    Our DECAF comes from small farmers of the UCANOCH cooperative in Chiapas. The beans grow at an altitude of 1,400–1,800 meters under optimal conditions – and are sun-dried after harvest. The taste: mild, low in acidity, with notes of milk chocolate.
